Do I need confirmed travel dates?
No. Approximate dates or even a preferred month are enough to begin. Confirmed dates help when checking accommodation and experience availability.
Can you arrange our entire New Zealand journey?
Yes. We can coordinate accommodation, private touring, transfers, domestic flights and selected experiences throughout New Zealand. International flights are not arranged.
Do we have to stay exclusively in luxury lodges?
No. Your itinerary can combine luxury lodges with five-star hotels, boutique properties or more affordable premium accommodation. We recommend the combination that best suits your preferences and budget.
Can you plan Australia as well?
Yes. Australian travel is arranged through our sister brand, Australian Custom Tours. We can coordinate Australia and New Zealand as one connected journey.
